New National Record Application Forms

New National Record application forms including Swim Wear Declaration forms have been posted on the SNC website Record and Rankings application page as well as the Swim Ontario Statistics and Rankings page Individual Records & Relay Records. Changes to the process have been applied according to the directives of the TSC.
 
Below is a summary of the changes to NATIONAL RECORD APPLICATION (*Please note a swim wear declaration form is not required for Provincial Record Application):
 a. There are now two separate application forms, one for individual records and one for relay records.
 b. A Swim Wear Declaration is now required for all National Senior records to be approved.
 c. A Swim Wear Declaration is required for approval of all Age Group National Records effective June 1, 2010.
 d. The declaration from the athlete that their swim wear conforms to the current SNC and FINA requirements can be made on the individual record application form or by using one of two forms which have been created to assist in obtaining the declaration.   The Declaration forms are available on the SNC website Records Application page.
 e.  To assist meet managers in flagging records as they happen, the Hytek SC and LC National Record  files have been posted on the Record Application page.  Clubs using the Splash program can obtain converted Splash compatible record files from the FNQ website.  The files will be replaced each time new records are approved.
