Certification CSCTA/OSCA CSCTA REGISTRATION: Any individual wanting to practice the profession of coaching or teaching swimming to a member of Swim Ontario/SNC must be a member of the Ontario Swim Coaches Association and the Canadian Swimming Coaches & Teachers Association. Montgomery/Keith Duggan) THAT ALL SWIM COACHES IN CANADA WORKING WITH SNC REGISTERED SWIMMERS, AND/OR COACHING AT SNC SANCTIONED COMPETITIONS SHALL BE MEMBERS OF THE CANADIAN SWIM COACHES ASSOCIATION AND SWIMMING/NATATION CANADA. CARRIED This motion was passed at the October 24-25, 1996 SNC Board of Directors meeting in Whistler BC.
