In order to be considered for a sanction, the sanction request should be submitted in sufficient time to permit reasonable review, and to allow for any adjustments that may be required prior to sanctioning deadlines. To apply for a sanction, login using Meet Manager account on the Swimming Canada system http://registration.swimming.ca/Login.aspx A meet package is required when applying for a sanction. Template meet packages have been developed to help Meet Management Team develop their meet packages (make sure both Competition Coordinator and Meet Manager are listed in all packages)
Attention all meet managers: In order to reduce size of meet packages, please use the following statements in lieu of the wording for SNC Warm-up Safety Procedures and 2009 SNC Swim Suit Policy.

Please note that Swimming Canada Competition Warm-Up Safety Procedures will be in effect. Swimmers witnessed by a Safety Marshal diving or entering the water in a dangerous fashion may be removed without warning from their first individual event following the warm-up period in which the violation occurred.
